If you are not satisfied with some aspect of your shoes/apparel, we will exchange
them. Just return the item in the original box, specifying the required
size (and width) for the replacement.
You can return shoes and/or apparel for refund or exchange, if they are in
new condition, within 30 days of purchase. However, you will need to pay the
shipping costs. We will pay the shipping costs of the replacement.
Worn shoes can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect. New
Balance adult shoes are guaranteed defect-free for a period of 90 days from
date of purchase. Kids shoes are guaranteed for 60 days from date of
purchase.
Don't forget to include a copy of your original receipt.
Please specify whether you require an exchange or a refund.
Refunds:
Credit will be provided for the price of the merchandise and any
applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs.
Exchanges:
You pay the shipping
back to us, and we'll pay for shipping of the
replacement merchandise to you.
If a return is due to a shipping error or manufacturing defect, initial
and return shipping charges will be credited back to your
card.

Only merchandise returned within 30 days with a copy of the original
